Who We Are

Maxim Food (also known in export markets as Maxim Seafood) is an Egyptian seafood company founded in 2013. We work at every level of the seafood supply chain, including processing, manufacturing, importing, exporting and wholesaling, and we sell online to homes in Cairo and Giza through maximfood.com.

We supply over 900 tons of seafood a year to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets, and currently have over 500 active customers, with an annual turnover of more than EGP 3.6 billion.

• Brands: Caviale, Caviale Gold and Soly.
• Customers: homes, hotels, restaurants and supermarkets in Egypt, and export partners abroad. See HORECA.
• Home delivery: across Cairo and Giza in three windows (11 AM to 2 PM, 3 to 6 PM, 6 to 9 PM). Orders placed before 5 PM can arrive the same day if a window is still open in your area.
