Seafood Soup from Maxim Food is a ready-to-serve soup of fish, shrimp and other seafood simmered in an aromatic broth. Have it as a starter or a light meal with bread or rice.

How to serve it
Fully cooked. Reheat until piping hot all the way through (74°C in the centre): microwave, covered, stirring halfway, or warm it in a pan.
Storage
Delivered chilled. Keep it in the fridge (0–4°C) and eat it soon after delivery.

Delivery
Delivery is EGP 59 and free on orders of EGP 2,500 or more. Order before 5 PM and it goes out the same day, seven days a week, in the window you pick at checkout (11–2, 3–6 or 6–9) across Cairo and Giza. Delivery areas and times. If anything arrives wrong, tell us within two days and we replace it (returns policy). Maxim Food is ISO 22000 and HACCP certified (our certificates). More dishes in ready meals and salads.

We also loved this soup, it is different, in a good way, it has freakin salmon in it (lol), and the ingredients are really of high quality, the calamari is soft to bite, which is a rare thing to find in most seafood soups in dedicated seafood restaurants – it could use a bit of white fish though, it will add yet another level (depth) to the taste profile (and maybe a tiny bit of fresh dill or some other green herbs)
