Description

Tuna Poke Bowl from Maxim Food is a Hawaiian-style bowl of fresh tuna chunks on sushi rice with sweet corn, avocado, cucumber and sesame. Poke means cubes of raw fish, marinated and served over rice with vegetables.

How to serve it

Ready to eat, served cold. The fish is raw, so do not heat it.

Storage

Prepared fresh on the day of delivery. Keep in the fridge (0–4°C) and eat the same day. Do not freeze.

Delivery

Delivery is EGP 59 and free on orders of EGP 2,500 or more. Order before 5 PM and it goes out the same day, seven days a week, in the window you pick at checkout (11–2, 3–6 or 6–9) across Cairo and Giza. Delivery areas and times.
